Omnibalance Defined
O-System: Our adult class mixing a combination of light weights, cardio, plyometrics and core exercises, you will never get the same workout twice at Omnibalance!  Working a different body portion every day of the week, our trainers make sure that you get the proper instruction necessary without sacrificing the pace of your workout!
OTS: Our youth class focusing on footwork coordination, balance, core strength and agilities.  Our goal is to help every young athlete grow into their body and help them both mentally and physically.  We begin with the basics and move forward from there.  From the athletically gifted to those just starting to find their stride, all young athletes learn to succeed in our OTS classes.
All classes begin on the hour every hour.  We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your training session.
